The location of the hotel is great, near many places to go visit. Restaurants, malls etc. The hotel is very clean, the room are great, clean, comfortable. love the AC. The staff are so welcoming to the guest, very polite and ready to accommodate us with anything. they even sale tooth brushes and tooth paste which was great for me avoided me to walk to a near store by. over all this is the 3rd time I stay in the hotel and no complaints so far.

Friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us when the ice machine didn't work for us, someone was there within a couple minutes. Same staff member helped us when we couldn't connect to WiFi, my teenagers were grateful for that! Really close to Angelópolis shopping mall. Breakfast included definitely a plus! Portions were generous, friendly staff and variety of food and taste was good!

The people at the restaurant really make their best effort to meet our expectations. In general, all the staff at the hotel really gave the best to make our stay very pleascent.
